On Friday the whole of Tawa school had a black out day (wear something black for the day) in support for the Blackcaps up coming World Cup cricket final this Sunday. So the staff had a genius idea to create a Tawa school silver fern out of the staff and students.
What a fun time we had. What a pity the Black Caps didn't win but by golly they played well and did New Zealand proud.
ReplyDeleteIt sure was a great day. The Black caps taught us a lot about sportsmanship, teamwork and enjoying the game. All things that we believe in at Tawa School too.
